Almost all are white folks — French white folks, in fact — though there are some American and Hispanic couples mixed in, and one salt-and-pepper Spanish duo. That’s some pretty good variety right there for such a small statistical universe, to use a high-falutin’ scientific term. As nice as it is, take care when you sign up.
